Happy Ourz
Rebuild renovation after Hurricane Dorian. Project includes adding dormers, refinishing the bathrooms, and updating the kitchen.
The Malone Residence
Working in partnership with Hope Town United & Seagate Construction Group, Abaco Construction is honored to help rebuild the home of Mr. Vernon Malone and his family.
Sunset Point
Sunset Point is the new 21st-century settlement of Elbow Cay and features traditional Bahamian-style cottages with white hardy board siding, cedar shake roofs and bright, colorful shutters. Reminiscent of the authentic and historical craft of Hope Town, the cottages have an understated elegance and simple proportional massing.
Yellowtail
A post-Dorian renovation of the kitchen and living space, roof rebuild, and deck extension.
Pink Dolphin
A ground up build with concrete pool installation.
